Getting a Gemini Enterprise License

Eligibility for Main Campus Faculty and Staff*

If your faculty or staff role can benefit from AI integration, you will be considered for participation in this pilot program. Please note that licenses are limited.

Requirements and Process: 

  • All faculty and staff must watch the 3 minute Responsible AI Use video below to access the license request form. Please complete all fields. 
    • Staff license requests will be sent to an approver in your unit.
  • Requests must be submitted by the individual who will be using the license. Please do not submit a request on behalf of someone else; each person must complete their own request.

  • When your request is processed, a member of the Western Technology Services team will provide you with information to access your license.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to process. 
*Ivey Business School, Affiliated University Colleges, and Undergraduate and Graduate Students are not eligible for participation in this pilot at this time.
